2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily contact us, namely:

• Name and contact details (phone/WhatsApp or email), when you write to request a quote or information;
• The content of the message you send us;
• Non-identifying technical data, such as your light/dark theme preference, stored locally on your device (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect sensitive data (health, ethnicity, political opinions, etc.) and we do not use advertising or traffic-analytics cookies.

3. Why we use your data

• To respond to contact, information or quote requests;
• To manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, where applicable;
• To comply with legal obligations we are subject to.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (by contacting us voluntarily) and/or on taking pre-contractual steps at your request, under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, should a business relationship follow, for the period required by applicable Portuguese tax and commercial law.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessed by service providers that support Flicisteel technically (e.g. website hosting), always under a confidentiality obligation.

7. International transfers

Fonts and other resources on this site are self-hosted on our own servers. We do not load resources from external services (such as Google), so we do not carry out any international transfer of personal data.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Request erasure of your data;
• Object to or request restriction of processing;
• Request data portability;
